In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients the following policies are in place.
A FULL 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO AVOID A 50% SESSION FEE. This applies if you cancel, reschedule, forgo, or forget. This fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Exceptions: Inclement weather. Hazardous road conditions. Medical emergency.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late your session time will still end as originally scheduled with full amount due.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
