AFULL 24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO AVOID A 50% SESSION FEE. This applies if you are canceling or rescheduling, you forgot your appointment, or you choose not to show. The fee must be paid prior to any future appointment, regardless if I fill the space or not.
Exceptions: Inclement weather. Hazardous road conditions. Medical emergency.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late your session time will still end as originally scheduled with full amount due.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
