Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. I will incorporate different levels of pressure, light to deep, with soothing strokes to relieve overall stress and muscle tension throughout your body. 

It is not required that you talk during your session except to let me know if you are uncomfortable for any reason. I will be focusing on your muscles and areas of tension. This is your time. You are free to relax, dream, pray, drift, and let go of unwanted tension. Take this time to tune in to your body and feel how it is relaxing/responding.
